Services

Voltexllc provides professional printing and publishing services including commercial printing, book publishing, marketing materials, packaging solutions, and custom printing services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.

Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance

All orders placed with Voltexllc are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse orders due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in USD and may change without prior notice
• Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and online transfers
• Late payments may result in additional charges

File Submission and Design

File Requirements

Customers must provide print-ready files that meet our standards:

• Accepted formats: PDF, AI, PSD, etc.
• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
• CMYK color format required
• Proper bleed and margin setup

Copyright and Responsibility

You confirm that you own or have legal rights to all submitted content. Voltexllc is not responsible for any copyright violations related to customer-provided materials.

Proofing and Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production. Once approved, Voltexllc is not responsible for any errors. Changes after approval may incur additional costs.

Production and Delivery

Turnaround Time

Production times are estimated and begin after final file approval. Rush services may be available. Delays caused by external factors are not our responsibility.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped through third-party vendors
• Shipping costs may apply unless stated otherwise
• Risk transfers to customer upon carrier delivery
• Customers must inspect packages upon receipt
• Damages must be reported within 48 hours

Quality and Returns

Quality Standards

We maintain industry-standard tolerances in color, cutting, and alignment. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.

Refunds and Reprints

If a confirmed error occurs on our side, we will offer a reprint or refund at our discretion. Custom orders are generally non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Voltexllc is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

Intellectual Property

All designs remain property of Voltexllc until full payment is received. After payment, customers receive usage rights for their intended purpose.

Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, and any disputes will be handled under its jurisdiction.
